How to Focus in a Distracting World: A Virtual Workshop

Are you struggling to keep your mind on work? You're not alone. It's been called the "Productivity Paradox". For all our technological innovations, worldwide productivity has remained stagnant or declined. We're living in an age of distraction. Our technology is conspiring against our best work and we're struggling to find the time.

During this workshop, you'll learn science and research-backed techniques to super-charge your day and find more flow. We'll then lead a short focus session in "The Cave" to work these new muscles. Finally, we'll facilitate a brief discussion on how to implement Caveday into your team's weekly routine.

CAVEDAY helps knowledge workers do better work in less time with fewer distractions. They have facilitated more than 50,000 hours of deep work around the globe and helped teams at companies like Facebook, DDB, Spotify, Fjord, The Muse, and Lyft become up to 2-3x more productive.

Join us as we build our deep focus skills in "The Cave."
